About Me

A little about me:

Everyone I know (excluding family) calls me ‘Glitch’. It is a nickname that I picked up while in college, that stuck, and I’ve enjoyed it for the most part.

I am a game developer. I currently work at Pi Studios, in Houston, TX. Proud to be a PIdian. I’ve been credited in multiple Rock Band games, starting with Rock Band Track Pack: Volume 2 (360/PS3/Wii/PS2), Rock Band AC/DC (360/PS3/Wii/PS2), Rock Band 2 (Wii/PS2), and The Beatles: Rock Band (Wii).

My primary interests tend to revolve around game development (naturally), focusing primarily on computer graphics and artificial intelligence. I’ve also held a special place in my heart for mobile development (PocketPC, BlackBerry, and now the iPhone) which needless to say I’ve been spending a lot of time playing around with the iPhone and iPod Touch.

Before moving to Pi Studios, I was part of the cPanel family. I enjoyed my time there, and still have an interest in the software despite it not being game related. ;)

I seem to be in the minority in terms of my ideas, and desires for software development. I’m the type that enjoys the technical aspects of software (memory management, bit twiddling, etc), and isn’t calling for the death of every programming language that doesn’t do that stuff for me.
